RE001
A vehicle that is great for mid- to long-distance travel in the countryside
The stability is on par with that of a motorcycle, and the weak point of the specific small moped bicycles, the shaking of the suspension, has been completely eliminated. The motor has a rated output of 600w, which pulls you up hills. And the loading capacity and sturdy body are the best in the history of D-Chari. The rear wheel is equipped with a foot brake, making it a machine that inherits the analog bikes of the past. It is a recommended vehicle with 5 stars.
Those who have given up their driver's licenses, especially those who are not good at digital operations, can ride with confidence. The cool form will make you look like a cool senior.

275,000 yen (tax included)
*Prices for Kanto (Saitama Prefecture, Tokyo, Chiba Prefecture, Kanagawa Prefecture, Ibaraki Prefecture, Tochigi Prefecture, Gunma Prefecture, Yamanashi Prefecture) and Nagano Prefecture.

FAQ
-
What is the maximum speed?
-
Road mode (high speed switch): 20km/h (maximum speed indicator (green lamp) lights up)
-
Sidewalk mode (medium/low speed switch): 6km/h (maximum speed indicator (green lamp) flashes)
-
-
How do I change the maximum speed?
-
Use the speed switch on the right handle to change the speed. You cannot change the speed when the power is on. Make sure you stop in a safe place and turn the power off before operating the speed switch.
-
-
What is the medium speed on the speed switch?
-
As with the low speed, the maximum speed limit is 6km/h in sidewalk mode and the maximum speed indicator (green lamp) flashes.
-
-
What type of storage battery is included?
-
It is a recyclable lead battery. It is basically the same as the 12V lead battery used in general automobiles, but it is designed specifically for electric tricycles and supports deep cycle charging. Among them, we use the high-performance "Manyo Kurokin (camel mark)" (which has a driving distance 30% to 40% longer per charge than other manufacturers' batteries). Four 12V x 32Ah batteries are connected in series to be used as 48V x 32Ah.
-
-
How to charge?
-
Charge from a regular AC100V outlet using the included AC adapter. With the battery attached to the vehicle, connect the charging terminal of the vehicle to the AC100V outlet with the AC adapter.
-
-
How long does it take to charge?
-
It takes about 6 to 8 hours to fully charge the battery from a state where the remaining battery level is about 20%.
-
-
What is the driving distance on a full charge?
-
It can travel about 60km on a single charge. (Data when driving on flat ground with a new battery and one passenger (weight 65kg))
-
-
What is the electricity consumption (fuel consumption)?
-
It is about 1 yen per km. (Calculated based on Tokyo Electric Power Company's electricity rate for general households (29.8 yen/kWh))
-
Compared to a 50cc gasoline engine bike, this is about 2.5 times better.
-
-
What is the battery life?
-
The nominal value of the included lead-acid battery is approximately 300 to 400 charge cycles. Depending on how often it is used, it will last 3 to 4 years with normal use, and less than 2 years if it is used frequently.
-
-
How do I purchase a battery?
-
Replacement batteries will be available for sale online from our company.
-
-
How do I dispose of used batteries?
-
Lead-acid batteries can be reused as a resource, so they are usually collected free of charge at dealers. Please contact your dealer for details.
-
-
What is the hill-climbing ability?
-
With 1 occupant and 23kg load: Can climb slopes of 17% or more (when battery is fully charged)
-
With 1 occupant and 100kg load: Can climb slopes of 14% (when battery is fully charged)
-
-
Are the front wheel brakes weak?
-
If the front wheels lock, there is a high possibility of falling over, so the front wheel brakes are designed to be weak and the rear wheel brakes are designed to be strong. If you need stronger brakes, use the foot-operated rear wheel brake.
-
The estimated stopping distance when traveling at 20km/h on dry paved roads is as follows.
-
Front wheel brake only: Approximately 8m
-
Rear wheel brake only: Approximately 4m
-
Front and rear wheel brakes: Approximately 3m
-
-
-
Are there any other colors?
-
Currently, the only color available is blue.
-
-
Is maintenance required after purchase?
-
The oil in the gears mounted on the rear wheel differential case needs to be changed regularly.
-
Recommended oil: GL-5 85W-90
-
Oil usage (approximate): 150ml
-
Change interval: 3 months for the first time, 6 months thereafter
-
-
-
Are there any areas that require special attention to avoid breakdowns?
-
If you continue driving without fully releasing the parking brake or with the brake only slightly applied, the motor will heat up and be damaged. (The motor will stop when the brake is applied, but if it is only slightly applied so that the sensor does not react, it will be a problem.)
-
Make sure to release the parking brake before driving. (The motor will burn out due to driving with the brake applied.)
